After the hands on session and a short period of self awareness and rest on the table, the receiver will then get dressed and we will continue with a post interview where we discuss the session and how you can take what we've learned together into your daily life as well as discussing when the next session should take place. This will contain a postural assessment and an awareness assessment to help ascertain where the root of the stress or pain is.
